-novi valobran
-novi auspuh
-novi hladnjak i njegovu mrezastu zastitu
-novi periskop komandira tenka i drugo
Posle duzeg razmisljanja stupio sam u akciju.Isekao sam gornju plocu tela tenka i na rubove koji su nastali secenjem zalepio sam plasticne"letvice"visine 2mm.Od komada ramova makete napravio sam ojacanja i zalepio ih na maketu.I tada sam se "umorio" i stao.
Dakle ako sada ne nastavim ,nikada necu.

"Mali" foto album nastavka radova.

Naknadno prilazem fotografije kupole.

Koristim trumpeterov Russian PT-76B Amphibious Tank item no. 00381 kojabi trebala da ustvari predstavlja model 1958.

Response to Egyptian PT-76

________________________________________
Hi,

For the PT-76 series there are three different hulls:

1: 45 degree nose, low hull

2: 45 degree nose, hull raised by 60 mm (the weld line is behind the drivers hatch starting from this model)

3: 35 degree nose, hull agian raised by 70 mm, so now you have the cut out at the left side of the hull (TRUMPETER PT-76B HAS 45 DEGREE NOSE WHICH IS WRONG)

Number 1 has been released by Trumpeter, these are kit number 379 and 380. Number 2 has been released by Eastern Express. Number 3 has been released by Trumpeter, these are kit number 381 and 382 but the kit still has the 45 degree nose so it's not correct. I still hope Trumpeter will make a new PT-76B with the 130 mm raised hull and 35 degree nose. With the 35 or 45 degree nose I mean the vertical inclination of the lower front plate (see the excellent Tankograd PT-76 book). In the West we think if a PT-76 has a muzzle brake it's a B version. From a Russian point of view this is not true.

Most photos of Egyptian PT-76's used in 1967 seems to have the 45 degree nose and the 60 mm raised hull.

Hope this helps,

Alex
