Pocela je sezona maketarskih takmicenja u drzavi Washington. Prvo takmicenje kao i svake godine je u gradu Vankuveru, na samoj granici sa Oregonom. Dve drzave inace razdvaja reka Columbia koja je u tom delu toka otrpilike siroka kao nas Dunav.
Ove godine najzesca konkurencija bila je medju avionima, nisu razdvajani po razmeri vec samo po vrsti pogona (propelerac ili mlaznjak). Bilo je takodje i dobrih maketa tenkova kao i par manjih diorama. Posebno mi je bilo drago sto je prijavljeno dosta maketa juniora!

Sandman me uvek pita da postavim slike sa razlicitih lokacija gde se odrazavaju takmicenja pa iz tog razloga postavljam i par slika Fort Vankuvera. Na svu srecu prestala je kisa pa smo stigli malo da se prosetamo. Inace ove velike kuce se jos uvek koriste Oficiri a Nacionalna Garda jos uvek zaposeda vojnicke barake.

Ti stvarno ne izlaziš uzalud na ta takmičenja,sve čestitke na uspehu i hvala na ovim iscrpnim izveštajima sa takmičenja.

Svaka cast kao i uvek. Nije mi samo jasno zasto se ne razdvaja po razmeri?? :-\
U kategoriji dzetova on je pobedio sa F-84. U kategoriji propeleraca pobedio je sa Makijem 202 a drugo mesto je osvojio sa P-51B (malo glupo da isti takmicar osvoji dva mesta pored ostalih silnih maketa u istoj kategoriji ali sta da se radi). U svakom slucaju atmosfera je bila odlicna kao i svake godine, berza je bila solidna tako da sam kupio par sitnica.
