Hi,
T-34/85 soon will be updated but in the meantime I was finished one horrible project that stays in the box since one year. I bought this crap with a huge discount and planned to do this out of the box. Unfortutatey I can't do such things :headbang
Voca-Gran "Vodnik" is a bad-quallity short-run with many mistakes however, the patrs fits quite well.
I did a lot of scratch-built on it including: new mudguard-steps, bumpers, top hatches and rear part hatches and many smaller things as well. There is nothing in photo-etched and resin add-ons so everything was built based on available photos. The turret and wheels (re-worked) were taken from Trumpeter's BTR-80.

I decided to paint the vehicle with two-color russian camo. According to my findings, similar to those used by few vehicles tested in Chechnya in 2002-2003.
The decals were designed also by me based on photos. Printed by Black Lion.
Finally, how the model looks like:

The base is just temporary since finally Vodnik will be placed on small diorama in future.
Cheers
Great stuff! But the size of it... Your notion of the 1/72 scale is definitely not the same as mine :super
Heh, I'm sure you don't actually need a real model kit to start your projects, a lump of plastic vaguely resembling the subject seems good enough for you :)
Uh, very strange vehicle (for me). But, very nice at the end.
I like very much all armour on the wheels.
Bravo !
Yes, good work. I interested in russian fighting vehicle. I know this armoured vehicle from Chehenya war. I think it is only ptototype, hm?
Hi,
Thanks for comments!

Well, this vehicle is not a prototype. It is used by SPEC-NAZ, gendarmery and rocket-artilllery. Since all of them are "special" there is not much pictures. A number of vehicles were succesfully tested in Chchcenya in 2002-2003.
Cheers!
Pretty awesome!
